Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Domestic Orders

Free 7-Day Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
• We will arrange the return pickup, and there are no shipping charges for the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will be initiated within 7 days after the product has been picked up.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, contact our customer service to arrange the pickup and specify the desired replacement.

International Orders

7-Day Returns

• International customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back and covering the return shipping costs.
• Once the tracking ID is provided, we will initiate the refund within 7 days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

• We do not provide exchanges for international orders by default. However, if the customer is willing to bear the shipping charges, we are happy to provide exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Domestic Orders

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• If the order has been shipped, simply do not accept the parcel from the delivery agent, and it will be returned to us.

Prepaid Orders

• For cancellations before shipping, contact us to initiate the refund.
• If the parcel has been shipped, reject the delivery from the agent. We will process your refund once the parcel is returned to us by the delivery company.

International Orders

• International orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• There is no cancellation for international orders once they have been shipped.
