RETURN ,REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY
Policy for Returning the Product:
In case you have received any product which is defective;
Returns must be initiated by the buyer within 3 days of the delivery date.In order to return an item, you must email us and call us about the return providing the order id .
Return item must be attached with original invoice and original retail box and packaging.
Minor manufacturer defect or dirt marks in the materials are not qualified for returns as defective items. The product(s) should be in unused and undamaged condition.
We are not liable for the product(s) damage or loss in transit by the courier company.
We will accept return for an even exchange if a replacement is available. Otherwise, we will process a refund of the selling amount. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
Customers are required to pay for shipping fees for return items. If returned item is tested to be non-defective, customers need to pay extra for reshipping the item. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Cancellations – will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end .
Refunds– will be processed to the same given payment mode by the customer. In case of COD payments , the refund details will be demanded from the customer .the refund will be initiated within a week or two.
